  • Turn on one foot

    Complete at least 360° on one foot. Enter the rotation that would receive credit.

  • Dance and split

    Connect two eligible dance elements, which may be the same, and include a leap/jump requiring a 180° split within or outside the series.

  • Acrobatic content

    Include an acrobatic series containing flight. At least one element reaches/passes through vertical or is a salto/aerial. The series starts and finishes on the beam.

  • Dismount

    Use a B or harder dismount, or connect a flight acrobatic skill directly to an A salto/aerial dismount.

9.60 base plus up to 0.40 bonus. This tool does not calculate bonus or Start Value.

Skill counts: 3 A + 3 B + 1 C.

Routine time limit: 90 seconds.

A through D elements; no E elements.

Try it once, then explore

Choose USAG DP → Level 3 → Balance beam, then Get info. You will see the handstand, half turn, jumps, 90° leap and dismount, plus the 55-second time limit. Xcel remains available in the program menu.

Coverage, sources and data updates

Women’s USAG Development Program Levels 1–5: major-skill references for vault, bars, beam and floor; Level 5 bars is partial. Xcel Bronze–Sapphire: existing event references and selected bars, beam and floor checks. Deduction Finder: selected Xcel and FIG rules. Review dates are shown with each result. DP routine scoring, DP Levels 6–10 and men’s DP requirements are not included.
