  • Clear support height

    A skill finishes in clear support within 45° of vertical; it cannot be the mount or dismount.

  • B circle

    Include a B or harder 360° circling skill, separate from the mount and dismount.

  • Another B element

    Include another B or harder turn, circle, or release. A second circle may be the same as the first. A turn or circle cannot be the mount or dismount; a release cannot be the dismount.

  • High-bar dismount

    Use an A or harder salto or hecht, or another B or harder high-bar dismount.

Up to 10.00 before deductions when all applicable requirements are met.

Skill counts: 5 A + 2 B.

A, B and C elements plus at most one D; no E elements.

How to use this tool

  1. Choose women’s USAG DP or Xcel, then a level and event.
  2. Select Get info. Read the scope, major elements and any review notes.

A SIMPLE EXAMPLE

Try it once, then explore

Choose USAG DP → Level 3 → Balance beam, then Get info. You will see the handstand, half turn, jumps, 90° leap and dismount, plus the 55-second time limit. Xcel remains available in the program menu.

Coverage, sources and data updates

Women’s USAG Development Program Levels 1–5: major-skill references for vault, bars, beam and floor; Level 5 bars is partial. Xcel Bronze–Sapphire: existing event references and selected bars, beam and floor checks. Deduction Finder: selected Xcel and FIG rules. Review dates are shown with each result. DP routine scoring, DP Levels 6–10 and men’s DP requirements are not included.

Routine checks use the answers entered. They do not identify skills from video, award an official score or decide which level a gymnast should enter. The rules engine supports selected requirements; some answers require coach or judge confirmation.
