USAG women’s DP · 2021–2029 compulsory cycle
Partial reference: the items below cover only the sections verified from the public USAG replacement pages. Do not use this as a complete routine checklist.
- The full middle circling section and its permitted alternatives need checking against the current complete compulsory handbook. They are intentionally absent from this summary.
- Opening kip and cast above horizontal
The glide kip may be straddled or piked. The opening cast rises above horizontal.
- High-bar transition and kipAllowed choice
The verified later section includes the squat-on/pike-on or backward sole-circle alternative, then a long hang kip and cast above horizontal.
- Long hang pullover and swings
The high-bar section includes a long hang pullover, underswing, counterswings and a forward tap swing.
- Dismount choice affects Start ValueAllowed choice
The listed flyaway options are tucked, piked or stretched (10.0 Start Value). The Level 4 half-turn dismount is an alternative with a 9.5 Start Value. Other deductions and omissions can still reduce the score.
Compulsory routines follow a set exercise. A harder skill is not automatically an allowed replacement. Use only the choices specified for this level.
